Room Rates and Reservations at SeaPark Crew House To avoid misunderstandings we post our rates and rental policies here. We make every attempt to be reasonable human beings and charge modest prices for our services. If you have questions we are happy to provide answers. Accommodations Private Rooms are equipped with double beds, suitable for one couple. We re not set up for single night stays. Everyone must pay the weekly rate. We are happy to recommend several excellent facilities that offer daily rates. Couples Weekly Rates Private Room with a Shared Bath is $300.00 per week. Private Room with a Private Bath is $330.00 per week. Couples Long-Term Rates On your fourth week we give a $75.00 discount per person. Each week thereafter, the fee for a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $262.00 per week. Each week thereafter, the price for a Private Room with a Private Bath is $292.00 per week. Once you apply the forth week discount that brings the average price for the entire stay down to $262.00 or $292.00. It keeps everyone honest and avoids unnecessary posturing. It may seem a bit silly, but imagine how many times people say they want to stay for six weeks and request the long term discount and then leave after one week. Single Person Weekly Rates Price for a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $225.00 per week. Price for a Private Room with a Private Bath is $255.00 per week. Single Person Long-Term Rates On your fourth week we give a $75.00 discount. Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $206.00 per week. Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Private Bath is $236.00 per week. Summer Rates May 01 until August 31 we discount $25.00 per week. May 01 until August 31 the fourth week we give a $100.00 discount per person. Contact us for details. Payment All prices are in US Dollars cash. All rates are weekly, which is Sunday through Saturday. The following week’s rent is due Sunday morning. In the event that you show up mid-week we add the price of those few days to your next week’s rent; e.g. if you arrive on Thursday, we charge for Thursday, Friday and Saturday plus Sunday through Saturday of the first complete week. Security Deposit $100 cash security deposit is due upon arrival to cover lost keys and minor damage. Reservations We take reservations using Pay-Pal. Please email us and we will send you a PayPal Invoice. We apply the reservation fee to your first week’s rent. The reservation fee is non refundable if you fail to show. A paid reservation is required to hold a room. We always welcome guests without a reservation, if a room is available. Prior to charging for reservations we incurred a 15% no-show rate. We also turned people away because we were holding rooms for people with reservations, some of whom were no-shows. Until recently we did not charge returning guests for reservations. We have been operating SeaPark for nine years and thought we had encountered all situations, however, recently someone became upset. They had stayed with us before, we had rooms available, and therefore we did not charge for a reservation. They were disappointed when they arrived and rates were higher than they expected. SeaPark Policies All guests must have a valid Passport and an STCW.

Accommodations

Private Rooms are equipped with double beds, suitable for one couple. Please note that we re not set up for single night stays. SeaPark operates on a weekly fee basis, however, we are happy to recommend several excellent facilities that offer daily rates.

Couples Weekly Rates

Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $300.00 per week.

Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $330.00 per week.

Couples Long-Term Rates

On your fifth week we give a $75.00 discount per person.

Each week thereafter, the fee for a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $260.00 per week.

Each week thereafter, the price for a Private Room with a Private Bath is $290.00 per week.

Once you apply the fifth week discount that brings the average price for the entire stay down to $260.00 or $290.00 per week. The fee structure is a added benefit for long-term guests, keeps everyone honest and avoids unnecessary posturing.

Single Person Weekly Rates

Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Shared Bath is $225.00 per week.

Price for a Private Room and locking door with a Private Bath is $255.00 per week.

Single Person Long-Term Rates

On your fifth week we give a $75.00 discount.

Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Shared Bath is $200.00 per week.

Each week thereafter, a Private Room with a Private Bath is $235.00 per week.

Summer Rates

Summer rates begin the first Sunday in May and end the last Saturday in August. For this time period we discount $25.00 per week.

During this time period the fifth week we give a $100.00 discount per person.

Payment

All prices are in US Dollars cash.

All rates are weekly, which is Sunday through Saturday.

The following week’s rent is due Sunday morning.

In the event that you arrive mid-week we add the price of those few days to your next week’s rent; e.g. if you arrive on Thursday, we charge for Thursday, Friday and Saturday PLUS Sunday through Saturday of the first complete week.

Reservations
